Tour policy 

Tour policy will make you more comfortable buying our package.

• Booking Confirmation Letter sent to your Email.
• Invoice letter will be sent to your Email.
• Guide/Driver Information will sent after you full payment and will be sent to your email and whatsapp.
• At Arrival airport pick up, you will be see your names from a driver tag for your pick up. and you can contact the driver whenever you want after your full payment.
• Tour Will be going as schedule if have a date tour schedule
• If not present at the tour day, all your booking will be cancelled directly.
• Private tour will be going as schedule, if guest cannot go at the time you can make reschedule 1 week before departure and will have  a different price, 
• Reschedule in some tour will be Free charge, but semotimes has a charge availablle.
• The tour that you booked either private or joint trip has a different policy and standard. please check for your booking twice before you paid.
• Some tour need to paid full and some tour can paid deposits first, different in each tour.

Hotel policy 

• At the hotel front desk, you will check in with your name that you registered before
• Hotel Voucher you will recieve at your email, you will presemt that voucher at front desk. 
• Invoice letter will be sent to your registered email
• Room Stay will as you request (if you any), if you want to change it you need to reconfirm to Tripterbaik.com team. Otherwise will not be ready for you.
• Upgrade your room stay will ake you cost more and will be confirm by team trpterbaik.com
• Vucher hotel that has been paid cannot refunnable 
• Voucher hotel cannot be used in high seasson, (see your voucher policy)
• Lower grade your room will not have refund to your previous booking.
• Cancel or not present at your booking stay will camcel all your booking aoutomated and you will not recieve a refund.
• Voucher is made by e-voucher, thats make you can redeem or check in to your hotel as schedule.
• The Policy of hotel might be different each hotel, suggested to see policy in every hotel that you will booked.

Transport policy

• Transport booking Confirmation will be sent to your email
• Invoice payment will be sent to your email.
• Transport will have a schedule in some package.
• Transport might be different with the image, but the seat or the cattegories will be the same as request. 
• Transport private will delivered you as booking schedule and time might be as guest request.
• If not present as schedule time, your booking will be cancel directly
• Need to reschedule your private or schedule time you need to confirm 1 week before or cannot be reschedule it. (some transport cannot be reschedule)
• Seome transport is not available at high seasson periode 
• Some reschedule can be FREE, but some reschedule need to have a schedule fee.
• Some transport need to have a deposit payment dome transport need to have a full payment
• Check and Recheck twice before you make a deposit or full payment

Ticket Attraction policy 

• Ticket Attraction voucher will be sent to your email.
• Ticket Attraction will be an e-voucher that you can be present to a counter ticket or bu fiscall ticket.
• Some of ticket attraction have a schedule time need to follow, some is an open ticket.
• Some of Ticket attraction cannot be used for a high session periode please recheck with every ticket attraction condition might be different.
• Ticket Attraction that already paid cannot be refunable or reschedule.   
• Ticket Attraction need to have a full payment. 
• Please check and recheck your booking or ticket attraction condition before you made payment.
